Due to the sacred and spiritual nature of Rudraksha, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, we offer a free replacement.

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

Lab certificate and tamper seal must be intact for replacements.
